Joining our program indicates that you are informed about these Terms and agree to comply with them.
These Terms and Conditions are subject to changes from time to time. It is your obligation as an affiliate to review the Terms on a regular basis.
Traffic sources and promotion
We strictly disallow sending traffic from sites which contain underage nudity, abuse or rape, incest, necrophilia, bestiality, violence, discrimination and other unlawful practices. We strictly disallow using illegal promotion and traffic generation methods, including, but not limited to the following: spam, credit card fraud, viruses, codecs, warez and the like.
You are not allowed to use these wordings while promoting our sites:
- child, children, minor, preteen, CP;
- zoo, cruelty, blood, rape, violence, abuse, necrophilia, rape;
- all the synonyms and related phrases of the above listed words.
Using our content and promo tools
You are welcome to use our pre-made FHGs, banners, and text links, or build your own marketing tools from the promo content we provide. You are not allowed to use SinfulEmpire promo content to promote sites not owned by our program. You are also not allowed to promote SinfulEmpire sites using content not produced by our program. It is forbidden to remove watermarks and logos from the promo content that we provide.
Affiliates can not use content from member areas of SinfulEmpire sites for promotion purposes, even if they pay for the membership.
Payments
SinfulEmpire pays every affiliate his or her commissions generated during a pay period directly. Affiliate commission is 50% from every sale and rebill associated with affiliate account. An affiliate can get up to 70% commission increasing in 1% increments for making every extra 10 sales a month. Sinful Empire also offers 10% referral commission.
Payment methods currently used to pay out affiliate comission:
- Wire transfer (commission: $25);
- ePassporte (commission: 2 %);
- Webmoney (commission: 2 %).
SinfulEmpire payment days are on the 3rd and 19th days of each month. The hold period is 2 weeks, and the minimal payout sum is $100.
Violations
These rules, terms and conditions apply to each and every affiliate irregardless of the amount of profit generated, traffic or sales sent. If violations of any of these rules, terms and conditions are detected, affiliate account is blocked and no funds are paid out. Please make sure you as a Sinful Empire affiliate do everything to conduct your business operations in an honest and transparent way.
